Let's celebrate Tod Marshall!
Tod Marshall's 2016-2018 term as Washington State Poet Laureate is coming to an end, and he's bringing together a group of local poets to help him close out his term in style. Join us for this "end of the road" celebration, scheduled during the last week of Tod's Poet Laureate service to the Washington state literary scene!
Tod will be speaking a few anecdotes from his journey as Poet Laureate, and he'll share the stage with several local and regional poets included in his WA129 series:
Chris Howell
Nance Van Winckel
Maya Zeller
Laura Read
Devin Devine
Terry Lawhead
Kate Peterson
This event also pays tribute to the wonderful poems of the WA129 and WA129+ anthologies. FREE copies of the WA 129+ expansion anthology will be on hand (while supplies last), and copies of the original WA129 will also be available for purchase.
