Moss: Volume Two celebration!
Join Moss, a journal of the Pacific Northwest, to celebrate the release of its second print compendium of Northwest writing, Moss: Volume Two! Hosted by Moss contributing editor Sharma Shields (The Sasquatch Hunters' Almanac), this event will feature readings from Moss contributors Leyna Krow, Kate Lebo, and Tiffany Midge.
Established in 2014, Moss is an independent literary journal publishing writers from or with a substantial connection to the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on supporting emerging and experimental voices. Moss explores the growing genre of place-based writing and examines Pacific Northwest literary culture both historically and in the modern day. Moss: Volume Two (released spring 2017) features new work from Tiffany Midge, Kelly Froh, Leah Sottile, Monet P. Thomas, Eric Wagner, Gina Williams, Anca Szilagyi, Michael Upchurch, Chris McCann, Kjerstin Johnson, Leyna Krow, and Sonya Chung, as well as interviews with Mitchell S. Jackson, Amanda Coplin, Alexis M. Smith, and Elissa Washuta.
