Adventurer Jon Turk journeyed two years in a sea kayak tracing the path of Stone Age mariners which resulted in his book, In the Wake of the Jomon. Tonight he presents his latest book, The Raven’s Gift: A Scientist, a Shaman, and their Remarkable Journey Through the Siberian Wilderness, in which he tells of an amazing healing journey with a Siberian shaman who helped him to recover from a broken pelvis which he had injured in a mountaineering accident.
