Former journalist Joann Green Byrd presents her book, Calamity: the Heppner Flood of 1903, which tells of the environmental choices which led to a flood that took the lives of hundreds of residents of Heppner, Oregon and of how people living in northwest cities, including Spokane, rallied to help the survivors.
