Christmas is just around the corner, and everyone is busy adding the coolest new toys to their wish list. Come down and hear David Shannon’s story about Spencer, a boy with too many toys, as well as some other fun stories about dolls and playthings. Then look around for some books to add to your list for Santa. You can never have too many of those! All ages.

Author Carolyn Schneider signs copies of her biography about her uncle, Bing On the Road to Elko, which details Bing Crosby’s interests in Nevada, especially the many cattle ranches he operated there.

Children featured in the Faces of Hope calendar will be on hand to autograph copies of the 2010 calendar. Publisher’s proceeds go to benefit the local Isaac Foundation which is set up to help autistic children.This calendar is available in-store only. Please call to purchase or have one put on hold.

Auntie’s proudly announces a celebrity event!  Bestselling author Sherman Alexie, presenting his latest collection of short stories, War Dances, teams up with bestselling author Jess Walter, who presents his latest novel, The Financial Lives of the Poets.  This event is ticketed.  Recent purchase of one book by one of the presenting authors is required for admission.
