The Cheney-Spokane Chapter of the Ice Age Floods Institute invites the public to hear keynote speaker Robert J. Carson. Carson, a professor of geology and environmental studies from Whitman College, will deliver a lecture on the Ice Age Floods featuring the book which he edited, Where the Great River Bends: A Natural and Human History of the Columbia at Wallula.
